It’s been a busy month again with a lot of scareware issues. We found out, depending on your email supplier, the layout of these letters could be correct (as a word doc) or all squeezed together and that looks horrible when you’re trying to read it. We have decided to send the letters out to you as normal but also as an attachment. If you have Office word 2000 or later, you can download the newsletter and read it correctly as a word doc or print it off for reference. · Do you have problems with installing Adobe Flash Player? If you have tried to download flash player and it fails, download Java first then install Adobe Flash Player, its free and available at www.java.com , this should sort your Flash Player issues.

· IMPORTANT: Do you want to protect your PC from Scare ware?!! We found a fix that will protect your PC. Ignore the OpenDNS if it’s too difficult to work out, 2 and 3 should be installed and you should have no issues.

1. Use OpenDNS and block adware sites.
2. Install Simple Adblock and use the privacy option.
3. Install Web of Trust.
